If you are having difficulty redeeming your Chilled Points please read our trouble shooting tips  below.

 

Chilled Points must be redeemed within 7 days of your visit.

If you do not redeem your points via the Chilled Pubs App within 7 days, we are sorry, but they cannot be claimed.

 

Did you split the bill?

The Chilled Points are linked to the payment method. So, if you split the bill with other guests, you can only claim points on the amount that you actually paid towards the bill.

You will need to enter the exact amount that you paid, and not the total on the receipt.

 

Did you leave a tip?

Thank you for leaving a tip for your host. Our team keep all their own tips and your host will be very grateful.

However, we are sorry, but you cannot claim points for any tip paid.

So please enter the amount that you paid less any tip to redeem your points.
