How to spend Chilled Points

There are two methods of spending your Chilled Points in a Chilled Pub:

1. Pay With Points Using the App
2. Pay with Points using tap & pay when being looked after in our restaurants.

1) Pay With Points Using the App

Make sure you are logged into your account on the app

When you are in the pub, order your food and drink using the Chilled Pubs App

When you get to the payment screen it will tell you the value of the points which you have saved

Enter the value of points that you want to spend against your order (in £'s)

Tick to accept the T&C's

Continue to payment

2) Using our Tap and Pay pads!

All of our tables have a tap and pay pad - you can either 'Tap' your phone, or scan the QR code to pay via the Chilled app. You can also go through the app by clicking on more then "Pay my bill" and entering the table number.

When you come to paying your bill using the tap & pay you can spend as many points as you would like!

Any points earned during this visit will automatically be assigned once payment is made as long as you are logged into your chilled pubs app. If you were not logged in you can claim your points using the redeem code on your email receipt!
